URBAN LADDER CANCELLATIONS POLICIES: –

• Cancellation prior to delivery: – You have to just Log In to your account and select the ‘Request Cancellation’ option. The advance which is paid will be refunded as per the company’s refund policies.
• Cancellation at the time of delivery: – If the customer doesn’t like the product or is unhappy with it at the time of delivery, s/he can return the product to the spot at the time of delivery.
• Cancellation after delivery: – Products that are once delivered to the shipment address cannot be returned or replaced. If there is a chance of a damaged or defective piece of furniture being delivered, the delivery team of Urban Ladder will either repair it on the spot at the time of delivery or issue a replacement based on the product issue.

URBAN LADDER REFUNDS POLICIES:-

• Credit/Debit Cards:- For the orders paid via Credit/Debit cards, the refund amount on the product at the time of delivery, gets refunded in 7-10 days period of time.
• Cash On Delivery: – For the orders completed via Cash On Delivery, The refund amount to be paid by the company will get initiated within 4-6 working days, and the amount would not be paid in cash but credited to the respective customer’s bank account through NEFT.
